Grasp the construction method of wall top ground b

  • Detail

The base treatment of wall top refers to the use of Shuangfei powder, gypsum powder, white cement and other materials on the original wall and top of the blank room. Make foundation leveling to facilitate later putty and wall paint. Common base treatment methods for the wall top and ground are:

1. Shovel the wall skin: when the decorated wall surface is decorated again, shovel off the previous latex paint and putty leveling layer to prevent hollowing and shelling with the new latex paint layer

2. Wall Consolidation by rolling: make a good combination between the original wall surface and the putty leveling layer to prevent hollowing and shelling

3. Pasting: the interior wall is pasted with dacron cloth for crack prevention treatment after brushing and fixing, and local (insulation wall and wall surface with more cracks) pasting or all pasting is carried out according to the customer's requirements; The external wall is pasted with crack proof mesh (glass fiber mesh cloth)

4. Remove the plastering layer: if there are cracks, hollows and shells in many places of the original plastering layer, the cement layer should be removed and plastered again. If there are a few of the above phenomena, the plastering should be partially removed

5. Interior wall waterproofing: the bathroom, bathroom, laundry room, disinfection room and other rooms should be made with waterproof layer first, and then pasted with wall and floor tiles. The waterproofing of the wall and floor must be integrated. How can the decoration save money? Home decoration network, free design budget quotation. The waterproof of the wall near the shower facilities shall be 1.8m high, and the waterproof of the wall without waterway and shower facilities shall be 0.25-0.3m higher than the ground. The interior decoration is usually painted with liquid waterproof paint

6. Wall and top plastering: when encountering the original concrete wall, the original brick wall, the wall with poor flatness and the wall with removed plastering layer, it is necessary to use cement mortar for plastering and leveling, and the plastering thickness is 15-20mm. When the top surface of the wall is directly painted with emulsion paint or pasted with wallpaper, if the flatness of the top surface is not good, first use the above method to make the foundation leveling, and then roll the wall and apply putty

7. Roughening: roughening treatment should be done on the cement plastering layer before plastering wall tiles, so as to increase the tension between the cement and the original wall surface during tiling and increase the stability. The roughing slurry is a viscous liquid mixed with cement, water, a small amount of fine sand and 108 glue. The roughing slurry is rolled with a roughing roller, and the finished surface is pitted. Brush 108 glue on the light steel keel cement board wall first, roughen it once, hang a layer of diamond metal mesh (ox eye mesh), plaster a 15-20mm thick plastering layer, and then roughen it for the second time after waterproof

8. Puttying and leveling: after the plastering and leveling of the wall or cement wall after the gypsum board joint is filled, apply 821 putty three times, with an average thickness of 2-3 mm. After each time, dry it with frosted paper, and then brush latex paint or stick wallpaper and other surface decoration

9. Cement mortar leveling: use cement mortar to level the uneven or regional ground with different heights, including the leveling required by the original ground with different heights and the ground with the same height due to different material thicknesses (some floor tiles/stones, some carpets/wood floors/stone plastic floors)

10. Lower the ground height: for the ground with a leveling layer or cushion, chisel the ground down locally with the leveling layer or cushion, pave floor tiles or stones, and level with the surrounding carpets, composite wood floors, stone plastic floors and other thin materials, which are commonly used in the reception hall floor of office decoration
